As a Membership Experience Associate, you will play a vital role in member engagement at the JCC. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, providing comprehensive information about our programs, and promoting classes and events. You are expected to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, ensuring a welcoming environment for over 75,000 members annually.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist members and guests warmly
• Provide detailed information on JCC programs and services
• Promote and sell memberships and event tickets
• Maintain cleanliness at fitness desks and assist with equipment
• Resolve member complaints in a professional manner
Requirements:
• At least one year in a customer service role
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hebrew or Russian preferred
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities
• Commitment to the JCC’s mission and values
• Technological skills to assist members effectively
