High School Science and Math Educator

Join Oxford Learning as a part-time High School Math and Science Teacher-Tutor. Inspire and educate students in their after-school sessions from Monday to Thursday and Saturdays.

Oxford Learning Maple is on the lookout for driven educators who are excited to teach Grades 9 to 12 science and math. This role includes pre-planned lessons, teaching small groups, and a commitment to fostering students' skills in various subjects, including chemistry and biology. A consistent schedule is required, ideally extending into summer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate and support up to 3 students simultaneously

• Adhere to pre-planned lesson methodologies

• Provide updates and fill in daily student notes

• Uphold a friendly, professional teaching environment

• Complete required administrative documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification required

• Strong background in teaching/tutoring high school subjects

• Excellent English communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple students effectively

• Reliable transportation to the location
