• Assess and report on program effectiveness and engagement

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing comprehensive learning programs

• Excellent facilitation skills for diverse audiences

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• College degree in Adult Education or related field

• Adult learning certifications preferred
