Training and Development Expert Leaf Foods

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess training needs to tailor learning solutions

• Collaborate with leaders for operator training processes

• Lead creation of Standard Work materials

• Train SMEs to develop effective learning content

• Monitor and report training metrics and outcomes

Requirements:

• 2+ years in learning, training, or operations

• CTDP certification preferred

• Proficient with MS Office, especially Power Point

• Experience with Alchemy learning tools is a plus

• Strong collaborative and independent working abilities
