The Chinook School Division seeks a dedicated Educational Assistant for a 0.917 FTE position starting September 1, 2026. In this role, you will assist in both one-on-one and classroom settings, fostering a caring learning atmosphere. You'll work closely with young children while demonstrating a commitment to diversity and a positive attitude towards change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with individual educational programs for students

• Collaborate in a team to implement Individual Improvement Plans

• Address health and hygiene needs of children as required

• Support speech, motor, and life skills development

• Undertake other assigned tasks as necessary

Requirements:

• Educational Assistant certification or relevant experience

• Ability to work with young children in varied settings

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
