Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, the Energy Management Specialist will execute corporate sustainability strategies while overseeing energy management programs. This vital position requires collaboration with Efficiency Manitoba to identify opportunities for energy savings and optimize manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement utilities metering systems for monitoring

• Manage energy efficiency projects at the Lagimodiere plant

• Prepare applications for federal and provincial incentives

• Conduct regular energy audits for optimization

• Present reports tracking key performance indicators

Requirements:

• Professional engineer or CET qualification

• 3+ years in energy engineering or management

• Knowledge of energy-efficient technologies

• Project management experience in energy reduction

• Strong presentation and communication skills
