Supply Chain Representative Leaf Foods

Become a vital part of Maple Leaf Foods as a Customer Supply Chain Representative. You'll manage order deliveries, resolve supply issues, and collaborate for exceptional customer satisfaction.

In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for an assigned MLF customer portfolio, working closely with internal teams and customer buyers. By analyzing data, you'll uncover opportunities to enhance supply chain operations while troubleshooting delivery failures and coordinating shipments. This Customer Supply Chain role prioritizes customer service and aims to create shared value through effective collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders against lead times and shipping schedules

• Troubleshoot delivery failures and resolve supply issues

• Investigate invoice deductions and work with Accounts Receivable

• Create efficient outbound shipments using MLF tools

• Communicate daily order reports to the Customer Business Team

Requirements:

• Education or experience in Supply Chain or Procurement

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems, preferably SAP

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong analytical skillset for data insights

• Bilingual in English/French is an asset
