Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document supply chain workflows for optimization

• Create and maintain SOPs for supply chain activities

• Conduct training to ensure user compliance with new procedures

• Liaise between business users and IT for system support

• Assist in month-end audits and maintain data integrity

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in supply chain environments

• Education in supply chain, engineering, or related fields

• Strong skills in SAP and ERP system operations

• Demonstrated problem-solving and change management skills

• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
