Maintenance Supervisor Leaf Foods

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you'll lead maintenance staff to achieve world-class results. This position requires 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a unionized environment, with a focus on preventive and predictive maintenance. You will engage in capital project implementation and manage work orders within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate the maintenance team effectively

• Supervise repair tasks and contractor activities

• Generate and prioritize work orders as needed

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational regulations

• Conduct inspections to assess maintenance quality

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience

• Knowledge of food safety and compliance standards

• Familiarity with Six Sigma and RCM principles

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• College graduation in a related field preferred
