The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, is results-oriented, and is proficient in promoting a safe working environment compliant with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coach Maintenance team members

• Conduct Preventive Maintenance reviews and development

• Manage emergency work and prioritization

• Oversee equipment rebuilds and work assignment

• Conduct quarterly audits and lead shift handover meetings

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or related trades experience

• 3-5 years in a supervisory role

• Proficient in using CMMS, preferably SAP-PM

• Knowledge of predictive maintenance strategies

• Understanding of OHSA safety practices
