We are seeking a reliable Sanitation Team Member to maintain rigorous hygiene standards at our hatchery. Your responsibilities will include cleaning equipment, operating the tray washer, and preparing hatch trays for reuse. A successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with team members to meet production goals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize hatchery equipment and facilities

• Operate the tray washer effectively including start-up and shutdown

• Inspect and disinfect stacks of cleaned trays

• Support setter sanitation tasks on Wednesdays

• Handle other assigned sanitation duties as needed

Requirements:

• Strong attendance and reliability record required

• Detail-oriented with safe work practices

• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team

• Physical capability to lift 30-50 lbs repetitively

• Comfortable in varying temperatures and wet conditions
