Experienced Welder Leaf Foods

Maple Leaf Foods is seeking an Experienced Welder to join our team. This role focuses on sanitary welding and fabrication to support our food manufacturing process.

In this position, you'll perform TIG welding and modify production equipment to enhance reliability and sanitation. Strong communication skills and a responsible, results-driven mindset are essential in this collaborative environment. Engage in activities that uphold health, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform stainless-steel fabrication for food production

• Modify and repair mechanical systems in compliance

• Collaborate on maintenance tasks to reduce downtime

• Maintain sanitary practices throughout tasks

• Ensure work adheres to GMP and HACCP standards

Requirements:

• Journeyman Welder or similar certification appreciated

• 3-5 years of welding experience in industrial settings

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings

• Strong troubleshooting abilities in mechanical issues

• Organized with a focus on results and quality
