Enhance lives as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Maple View, working overnight shifts from 11pm-7am. Provide high-quality nursing care while forming genuine connections with residents and families.

At Maple View, your role as an LPN will center on the well-being of our residents. You will administer essential medications, monitor health indicators, and actively engage with a dedicated healthcare team. Your expertise will ensure that care plans are implemented effectively, enhancing residents’ comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately

• Record and monitor vital signs of residents

• Collaborate with teams to develop personalized care plans

• Provide wound care and necessary nursing treatments

• Oversee Certified Nurse Assistants' care delivery

Requirements:

• Current LPN state license

• Empathetic approach to nursing for the elderly

• Strong skills in clinical practices including medication management

• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities

• Willingness to support diverse patient needs
