This permanent part-time role as a Registered Practical Nurse allows you to collaborate closely with Registered Nurses while providing exceptional resident care. You'll participate in developing care plans and observing resident needs, all while adhering to long-term care regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee medication administration and keep accurate records

• Act as a liaison between the care team and nursing staff

• Create and assess resident care plans regularly

• Record changes in resident health status promptly

• Guide personal support workers in nursing tasks

Requirements:

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Medication Administration Certificate preferred

• Familiarity with long-term care best practices

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
