Position: Full-Time Nurse Practitioner Creek
Elevate community health as a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner at the Southwest Integrated Health Facility in Maple Creek. Provide essential primary care services, including health promotion and emergency care.

In this permanent position, you will work under the Manager of Primary Health Care.

Your role involves health promotion, disease prevention, and supportive treatments for clients. You will assess patient status and collaborate with families to create holistic care plans tailored for at-risk youth and broader community needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver primary health care services to individuals and families

• Conduct health assessments and make differential diagnoses

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging

• Develop and implement supportive treatment interventions

• Collaborate with community partners to enhance health education

Requirements:

• Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner (MN-NP)

• Experience in community development and health promotion

• Skills in case management and health advocacy

• Knowledge of pharmacotherapeutics and therapeutic interventions

• Ability to support prenatal care for at-risk populations
