Maple Crest Farms seeks a dedicated Seasonal Greenhouse Labourer for full-time work beginning January 3, 2027. Engage in activities such as cleaning, weeding, and transplanting in a rural setting.

This role focuses on hands-on tasks in greenhouse management, including soil preparation and maintaining cleanliness. You will work with cut flowers and be responsible for various physical tasks that ensure high-quality plant growth. Experience is an asset, but enthusiasm and reliability are key

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean greenhouse spaces and work areas

• Weed around plants to support growth

• Mix and prepare various soil types

• Transplant seedlings and rooted cuttings effectively

• Maintain an organized and clean work environment

Requirements:

• Experience in greenhouse work preferred

• Own transportation to the rural location

• Ability to handle heavy loads safely

• Physically capable of demanding tasks

• Permanent or temporary residency status in Canada
