In this role, you will primarily conduct analytical sampling and lab analysis while monitoring GMP, HACCP, and Quality Assurance programs. You'll take immediate corrective actions and escalate issues as necessary, ensuring that product standards align with both company and customer expectations. Your daily responsibilities will involve on-site audits, decision-making, and providing training to staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily quality decision-making to ensure product safety

• Maintain accurate product SOPs for staff reference

• Conduct on-site audits for GMP compliance

• Monitor and verify compliance with HACCP/QA program

• Provide training and coaching for staff across all levels

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in Chemistry, Microbiology, or Food Science

• Proficient in English communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Flexibility to work night shifts

• Understanding of HACCP, GMPs, and SOPs
