FSQA Specialist Leaf Foods

Elevate food safety standards as an FSQA Specialist with Maple Leaf Foods. This role focuses on HACCP compliance and continuous quality improvement in a supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate will possess 3–5 years of experience in the food industry and a strong foundation in HACCP systems. You will be responsible for guiding food safety initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining BRC programs. Tasks include auditing facility processes and handling complaints effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to HACCP and food safety regulations

• Audit and validate food safety programs

• Provide support for internal and external audits

• Communicate with regulatory inspectors as needed

• Manage QMS programs using SAP

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science or relevant diploma in Food Safety/Science

• 3-5 years of food industry experience

• Solid experience with HACCP and SFCR requirements

• Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and Share Point

• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
