As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will work under the Quality Assurance Supervisor, ensuring adherence to HACCP protocols and successfully managing CFIA regulatory programs. You'll perform regular plant inspections, generate detailed monitoring records, and ensure strict compliance with safety regulations. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with CFIA regulatory monitoring requirements

• Facilitate HACCP and GMP compliance across departments

• Conduct regular inspections to meet food safety standards

• Generate deviation and corrective action reports

• Support Six Sigma projects and assist in training initiatives

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Food Science or Microbiology

• Experience in food industry quality assurance

• Knowledge of SAP and analytical skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability

• Effective communication and teamwork skills
