Position: Join Lodge as a QA Technician
Ensure top-notch poultry quality at Maple Lodge Farms as a Quality Assurance Technician. In this role, monitor compliance with HACCP standards from Monday to Friday in a supportive work environment.

As a key member of the QA team, you will validate product quality, monitor Good Manufacturing Practices, and analyze lab results. Your proactive approach will enhance process efficiency and maintain high standards in our poultry processing operations. This role is critical in delivering the best quality products to our customers, reflecting Maple Lodge’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify compliance with operational quality standards

• Monitor departmental adherence to health regulations

• Perform tests on raw materials and ingredients

• Record corrective actions for any deviations

• Communicate effectively with QA Supervisor

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in the food sector

• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field

• Collaborative mindset for effective problem-solving
