HACCP Supervisor Leaf Foods

Maple Leaf Foods seeks a HACCP Supervisor to lead the Food Safety and Quality Assurance team. This role requires expertise in HACCP, coaching, and implementation of safety protocols.

As an FSQA Supervisor, you will oversee and mentor HACCP Specialists and QA Coordinators, ensuring a high standard of food safety and quality management. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining compliance with internal, external, and regulatory standards. With your background in food science and experience in HACCP programs, you will drive continuous improvement and uphold our values of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations for FSQA staff

• Maintain HACCP and food safety program compliance

• Coordinate annual HACCP and prerequisite program assessments

• Assist during regulatory and internal audits

• Lead initiatives for product safety and quality improvement

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or Food Science

• 3 to 5 years in food safety with HACCP experience

• Proven leadership and coaching skills

• Strong communication and organizational abilities

• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
