As a key member of facility management, you will spearhead the development and execution of FSQA programs.
Your role includes maintaining relationships with regulatory bodies while leading a team of approximately five FSQA professionals. Drawing on your expertise, you'll drive quality assurance and food safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute FSQA programs adhering to HACCP and BRC
• Foster a positive and constructive work environment
• Lead internal and external audits for compliance
• Recommend process improvements within FSQA
• Accountable for corrective measures in audits
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in food manufacturing leadership
• Understanding of Modern Poultry Inspection System
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and observation abilities
• Familiarity with MS Office and SAP
