Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate shipping and receiving operations

• Manage a unionized workforce fairly and equitably

• Provide operational performance data to supervisors

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

• Train employees on health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years supervisory experience in a unionized environment

• Knowledge of CFIA regulations and HACCP practices

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience with ERP and SAP Warehouse Management preferred

• Ability to work flexible hours as required
