Salary: $67,000 - $75,000

Reporting to: Jim Childs

Restuarant Accountant/Bookkeeper (Staff) seeks a dedicated account professional to support a casual dining restaurant chain’s financial operations. The role requires strong accounting skills, operational awareness, and the ability to communicate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable and cash disbursements
• Manage accounts receivable functions
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Maintain the general ledger
• Oversee inventory management
• Coordinate payroll processing with third‑party provider
• Execute month‑end close processes

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline
• Minimum five years’ experience in accounting, including AR, AP, reconciliations, and inventory management
• Proficiency with accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Restaurant 365
• Prior experience in the restaurant industry
