Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections

At HaFSBX, we design and manufacture custom material handling systems for industries ranging from food processing to pharmaceuticals. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Accountant who wants broad exposure to the accounting function and the opportunity to grow alongside the company.

This is a great opportunity for an early-career accountant looking to expand their experience beyond one specific area of accounting.

As a Accountant, you’ll work across month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, AR, AP, expense management, and process improvement
. You’ll also work closely with teams throughout the business, giving you exposure to how Accounting supports a growing manufacturing company.

• Support the month-end close process
  , including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Assist with Accounts Receivable
  , including invoicing, payment application, aging reports, and collections follow-up
• Assist with Accounts Payable
  , including invoice processing, coding, approvals, and payment preparation
• Manage and reconcile company credit card activity and employee expenses
• Help identify and implement accounting process improvements and automation
• Partner with teams across the company to research and resolve accounting discrepancies
• Assist with sales tax and other accounting projects as needed
• Take on additional accounting responsibilities as your experience in the role grows

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, a related field, or equivalent relevant accounting experience
• 1–2 years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to reconciliations, AR, AP, or month-end close
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and GAAP
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with accounting/ERP systems
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Quick Books, or similar systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Sales tax experience is a plus, but not required

We offer a starting salary of $62,000–$70,000 per year
, along with:
