Fairview Health Services in Maplewood, MN seeks a Complex Scheduler to support the Oncology team. The role is 0.6 FTE, primarily Monday–Friday 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., coordinating appointments, procedures, labs, and imaging across locations.
You will serve as a single point of contact, manage work queues, communicate with patients and care teams, and ensure timely, accurate scheduling and documentation in Epic MyChart. Prior scheduling and healthcare experience preferred.
