The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for an Automotive Master Technician to work at Napleton's Lexus of Maplewood. The technician will be responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards, diagnosing and repairing vehicles to build customer loyalty and confidence in Napleton.

• Potential pay range of $80,000-$120,000 annually per flat rate hour, including incentive-based pay.

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Stay abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized work area.
• Perform other duties assigned by the manager.

• Automotive Service Technician experience.
• ASE certification desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with company driving policy.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening as required by local law.
