• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, following dealer and factory standards.
• Communicate regularly with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to effectively manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and carry out the required repair.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non‑mechanical individuals, including employees and customers.
• Stay updated on factory technical bulletins and participate in factory‑sponsored training classes as appropriate.
• Notify store management of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized work area.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

• Automotive Service Technician experience.
• ASE certification desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be 18+ years of age to comply with the company driving policy.
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening in accordance with local and legal regulations.
