We are seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Network Project Leader to spearhead strategic supply chain projects and make a significant impact within our organization. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with innovative teams across the globe, driving complex initiatives from inception to execution.

• Lead strategic and complex supply chain projects, ensuring end-to-end responsibility from scoping to execution.
• Define project scope, targets, deliverables, schedules, and resources in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Manage risks, actions, issues, and decisions to proactively mitigate project derailments.
• Prepare documentation for stage gate decision meetings and ensure compliance with client policies.
• Refine project methodologies and train stakeholders in effective implementation practices.
• Support leaders and teams during transitions, recognizing the impact of organizational changes.

• Proven expertise in strategic project leadership within large-scale corporate environments.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in aligning financial operations with project goals.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills tailored for diverse audiences.
• Effective change management capabilities to guide teams through transitions.

• Experience with PMP or related certifications, such as DMAIC Lean Six Sigma or Agile Scrum Master.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Power BI, and SAP.
• Ability to conceptualize strategic priorities while managing detailed implementation aspects.
