Overview
Global Logistics Load Factor Analyst (28373) – contract position
Base pay range: $35.00/hr - $37.00/hr
Contract Duration: 12 months
What you’ll do as the Global Logistics Load Factor Analyst:
- Monitor and enhance the tracking of Load Factor metrics such as Cube Utilization (CVU%), Weight Utilization (WU%), and Load Factor Max (LFM%) across all regions and modes of transport
- Maintain, expand, and scale the Load Factor performance tool to additional regions and processes, ensuring it delivers actionable insights at strategic, tactical, and operational levels
- Automate and standardize Load Factor indicators for integration into global scorecards, dashboards, and operational routines
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align Load Factor strategies with cost efficiency, network optimization, and sustainability goals
- Document calculation logic, data assumptions, and business rules for transparency and consistency
- Ensure accuracy, reliability, and harmonization of data across ERP, TMS, WMS, and other sources
- Partner with regional teams to drive adoption of the tool and methodology, scaling best practices globally
- Contribute to broader initiatives such as Top Lanes Tracker, Scorecards, and Savings Tracker, embedding Load Factor as a core performance enabler
What you’ll bring to the Global Logistics Load Factor Analyst role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, operations, project management, or data & analytics
- Proven experience with logistics and supply chain performance management tools and systems (WMS, TMS, ERP)
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools; proficiency in SQL, DAX, or similar for data manipulation
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to connect data to practical actions and improvements
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management practices
- Ability to operate in global, cross-functional environments with strong collaboration, adaptability, and ownership
- Knowledge of predictive or statistical modeling a plus
- Prior experience in consulting or strategy roles is a strong advantage
