Maplewood, MN (Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite)

Contract Duration: 12 months

Start Date: July 2025

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional 7:00 AM meetings)

About the Opportunity:

Join a dynamic HR team supporting critical talent and learning initiatives at a leading global company! As an HR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting key HR systems, resolving system issues, and assisting with talent-related projects. What You’ll Do:

Provide professional support and customer service to the project team and IT, resolving internal/external inquiries

Assist users with system navigation, troubleshooting, and error resolution in LMS and Talent Marketplace systems

Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues

Support testing and release of system updates for LMS and Talent Marketplace

Contribute to project teams, assisting with communications and training activities related to key talent initiatives

Handle special projects that drive continuous improvement in talent and learning systems

What We’re Looking For:

️ Hands-on experience with Sum Total LMS (or similar LMS systems)

️ Familiarity with Talent Marketplace systems, especially Fuel

️ Experience supporting Workday applications

️ A natural curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and passion for serving clients
