• Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and managing Workday HCM.
• Proven track record in designing and administering compensation plans.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication abilities to work effectively across diverse teams.

• Experience with Workday Talent Management modules, including performance and succession planning.
• Capability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
