Job Title: SAP Business Analyst (#1729)

Location:
Maplewood, MN

Duration: 12+ Months

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Support training content including, organization, tracking updates, quality reviews, and assisting with major redesigns
• Migrate IBM Sharepoint 365 site communities. General content management, creation and publishing of release notes.
• Assist with testing activities using project testing tool. Support automated testing requirements and test data prep
• Assist with daily incident and change requests through resolution using supported tracking tools
• Support daily operational reporting and metrics
• Perform transactional data updates to SAP as needed

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or higher in from an accredited university
• Minimum of five (5) years combined job related experience in Customer Service, SC, Logistics, and/or Information Technology fields
