We are on the lookout for a dynamic Sr. IT Project Lead to spearhead innovative data‑driven strategies within our collaborative environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence commercial operations and enhance business outcomes through data analytics.
Responsibilities- Craft and implement a strategic vision for commercial operations products, ensuring alignment with enterprise data strategies.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, focusing on investment planning and roadmap execution.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure products are scalable, secure, and interoperable.
- Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate product success and drive continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to align priorities and communicate the impact of data investments.
- 8–12+ years of experience in data product management or analytics leadership.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams of product owners, analysts, or engineers effectively.
- Strong understanding of data product management principles and modern cloud data platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with agile methodologies and hands‑on product delivery oversight.
- Familiarity with Fin Ops, AI Risk, and Data Governance frameworks.
- Experience in a global manufacturing or industrial enterprise.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields.
