Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a related field (Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, etc.).

• 2+ years professional work experience, ideally in one of the above areas.

• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, task lists, pivot tables, etc.).

• Strong analytical skills:

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience in a related field (Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, etc.)

• Supply chain knowledge.

• SAP knowledge.

• Project management experience: ability to make process recommendations and drive site forward to meet goals.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to effectively facilitate small group discussion.

Hours:

• Core Work hours are typically 8:30 – 5:00

• Up to 30% travel – mainly to our location in Forest City, IA.
