Join us as a Global Print & Hardware Support Analyst and play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our global print services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting‑edge technologies and collaborate with diverse teams worldwide.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive support for global managed print services and manufacturing print teams.
- Manage and track the deployment and utilization of print devices, including HP and Zebra printers.
- Coordinate the placement, leasing, and end‑of‑life processing of print equipment.
- Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and training materials for print support teams.
- Utilize IT service management systems for asset tracking and resolving incidents efficiently.
- Assist in migration projects to optimize legacy environments and reduce costs.
- Demonstrated expertise in HP Secure Print and enterprise print environments.
- Experience with HP Device Control Center and supporting RF devices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead projects effectively.
- Solid understanding of IT service management tools and asset lifecycle management.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- Over three years of experience in print operations or IT infrastructure management.
- Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage third‑party service providers.
