Join us as a Global Print & Hardware Support Analyst and play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our global print services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting‑edge technologies and collaborate with diverse teams worldwide.

• Provide comprehensive support for global managed print services and manufacturing print teams.
• Manage and track the deployment and utilization of print devices, including HP and Zebra printers.
• Coordinate the placement, leasing, and end‑of‑life processing of print equipment.
• Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and training materials for print support teams.
• Utilize IT service management systems for asset tracking and resolving incidents efficiently.
• Assist in migration projects to optimize legacy environments and reduce costs.

• Demonstrated expertise in HP Secure Print and enterprise print environments.
• Experience with HP Device Control Center and supporting RF devices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead projects effectively.
• Solid understanding of IT service management tools and asset lifecycle management.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• Over three years of experience in print operations or IT infrastructure management.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage third‑party service providers.
