Overview:
Every consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services offers to clients. As a Global Print and Hardware Support Analyst, you will join the Business Transformation practice. The Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.
- Provide support to both Managed Print Services infrastructure and Operations team
- Assist with global HP managed print fleet RF devices and Zebra printers, including monochrome and color utilization tracking
- Assist with coordinating device placement, lease management, and end-of-life processing
- Support technical standards, documentation, and training for print support teams
- Interface with ITSM systems for asset tracking and incident resolution
- Support migration and reduce stranded costs in legacy environments
- Proven experience with HP Secure Print and enterprise print environments
- Proven experience with HP DCC (Device Control Center)
- Proven experience with RF devices and Zebra printer support
- Excellent communication, and project leadership skills
- Strong understanding of ITSM tools and asset lifecycle management
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in print operations or IT infrastructure management
- Ability to cross‑functional teams and manage third‑party service providers
The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
