SAP PPDS Analyst (Hybrid- MN/ MO/ CA/NJ/NC)

Title: SAP Business Analyst - PPDS

Location: Maplewood, MN, Columbia, MO, Irvine, CA, Flemington, NJ, Charlotte, NC (hybrid; 2-3 days per week)

Duration: Long-Term contract

In the process of deploying S4 Hana for Solventum. Looking for PPDS, S4 experience either in manufacturing or sub-contracting. Experience required in testing, training, change management, UAT, stabilization for these sites. No configuration experience needed; functional side experience required. Process knowledge, people communication skills required.

Open positions:
4. Three focused on user experience, one focused on data and subcontracting data. One with manufacturing data to help legacy subcontractors, data cleansing process for US factories.

Hybrid position right now:
Twin Cities (Minnesota), Columbia, MO, Irvine, CA, Flemington, NJ, Charlotte, NC preferred. 1-2 days onsite.

SAP and PPDS experience required. No configuration experience required. Day-to-day responsibilities include testing process, test reps, coaching production planning, high-level activities.

Job Description: Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position and provides best practicing sharing within work group. Responsible for solidification of the approach, processes and tools to build and sustain the SAP Global Design; provide SAP expertise through all phases of the solution development lifecycle, from establishing vision & scope, to planning, to full implementation;
Collaborate with Business and IT partners to identify, design and implement solutions; define business needs or create new business opportunities and implement Best Practice solutions that meet business objectives; identify and analyze internal client and partner business needs, translate needs into business requirements and identify value-added solutions; develop the business case for adoption design, configure, test and sustain solutions.

Skills:

• Experience deploying SAP S4, PPDS IBP tools.
• Data management and analysis tools.
• Quality testing and deployment experience.
• Subcontracting planning.
