Overview

We are seeking a bilingual Onsite Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a manufactured home community. This role is ideal for a seasoned property management professional who thrives in a resident-focused environment and enjoys leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Manage rent collection, lease administration, maintenance coordination, and legal compliance
  • Ensure office readiness, community curb appeal, and adherence to safety protocols
  • Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff; conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
  • Conduct regular home inspections and enforce community standards
  • Oversee budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting
  • Coordinate evictions and utility cut-offs in partnership with legal support
  • Utilize Yardi Voyager for property management and ADP for payroll
  • Support resident engagement through events, newsletters, and open houses
  • Address resident concerns professionally and promptly
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; bachelor s degree preferred
  • 4-5 years of on-site property management experience, including supervisory duties
  • Experience with property management software (Yardi Voyager preferred)
  • Cap Ex experience is required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Residential or manufactured home community experience preferred
  • Valid driver s license and clean driving record required
