Position Type: Part-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule including every other weekend

Available Shifts (Including every other weekend): Days 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Wage Range: $29.82 – $35.24 / hour depending on experience

Shift Differentials: Evenings $1.50

Location: 1438 County Road C East, Maplewood, MN 55109

• Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff
• Work to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident‑related care
• Administer medications and/or treatment in accordance with physician's orders and monitor for effectiveness/response
• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures
• Document resident care using computerized medication administration and charting software
• Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and take follow‑up action as necessary
• Monitor nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift

• Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have a current MN LPN license
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills
• Self‑starter with a desire to be a part of a team
