Fairview Health Services is hiring a Device RN for their Cardiovascular Heart Clinic located in Maplewood, MN.

This is a 0.8 FTE (64 hours biweekly) position, working Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

As a Device Practitioner, you will provide Device Service to all Heart Clinic device patients, including:

• Reprogramming
• Post‑op checks
• Troubleshooting
• Turning devices on and off prior to procedures
• Pre‑ and post‑device implant education to patients and families

• Maintains knowledge of and complies with all relevant laws, regulations, policies, procedures and standards.
• Actively participates in creating and implementing workflow improvements.
• Monitoring and assessing patients with implanted cardiac devices, performing device checks and interpreting implantable cardiac device data.
• Acts as clinical liaison with vendors regarding new technology and education updates.
• Stays up‑to‑date on current policies, procedures and best practices.

• Bachelor of Science Nursing Degree in Nursing
• 3 years of critical care nursing experience
• MN Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Association or Red Cross)

• 3 years Electrophysiology experience, including device experience from a device manufacturer or clinic
