The Home Services division specializes in installed home improvement products, including siding, doors, roofing, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodeling, and heating and air systems.
As a Home Solutions Advisor (HSA), you will work in our local Sears store. Your main responsibility is to approach members and customers, offering them the opportunity to schedule free, no-obligation estimates for home improvement projects. Occasionally, you may attend trade shows to generate leads.
Minimum requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years or older
- Basic persuasive skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Positive attitude and good handwriting
- Ability to work flexible hours and stand/walk for extended periods
Compensation and benefits:
- $10.50/hour base pay plus bonuses; average earnings $14-$16/hour
