McQuillan Home Services is a residential service company specializing in Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air serving the Ramsey, Washington and Hennepin Counties for over 135 years. We’re Minnesota’s original plumbing, heating and cooling company, and have remained true to our mission of providing solid, honest work at fair, upfront prices. This past year we have doubled our plumbing team and added an electrical line of business.

We are keen to grow and provide an extensive line-up of home services to our customers.

We are looking for full-time members to be on our HVAC Installsteam. We have on-site and off-site training programs for continued growth. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation. Communication with homeowners about the status of their system before and after the service has been performed. Organizing project layouts based on current code and customers’ needs.

Attend and participate in weekly technical, sales, and communication trainings. Technical training and skills will be taught after hiring.
