We are seeking a motivated Architectural Designer with 2 to 5 years of professional experience in residential architecture. You will be guided through our defined design methodology, learning high-end residential practice and historic preservation constraints. You will work with a thoughtful, interdependent team to create homes that exceed client expectations.
Qualifications- Education: B.Arch or M.Arch degree from an accredited program.
- Experience: 2–5 years experience, ideally focused on high-end residential and traditional period styles.
- Technical
Skills:
High proficiency in AutoCAD. Strong hand-sketching or presentation skills are highly valued. - Knowledge: Familiar with residential building codes, field measuring, wood frame construction, and drawing standards.
- Traits: Mature, responsible, dependable, process-driven, and client-service oriented.
- Logistics: Available full-time by November 1st with reliable transportation.
