Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated Junior HVAC Project Manager to support the execution of commercial and industrial mechanical projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of experience (or strong internship/assistant PM experience) who is eager to grow into a senior-level role. You’ll work closely with senior project managers and company leadership, gaining hands-on exposure to scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and client relations.
Responsibilities- Assist in managing HVAC projects from kickoff to closeout under the guidance of senior staff.
- Track project schedules, budgets, and progress updates.
- Support the preparation of submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
- Coordinate material and equipment deliveries.
- Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
- Attend project meetings, document action items, and follow up with stakeholders.
- Monitor site safety compliance and quality standards.
- Gradually take ownership of smaller projects as skills and experience grow.
- 1–3 years of experience in HVAC, mechanical contracting, or construction project management.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, terminology, and construction practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; exposure to project management software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Driven, detail-oriented, and eager to develop into a senior project manager.
- Competitive salary: $55,000 – $70,000 per year.
