Innovative Care NJ — Innovative Care Staffing Solutions LLC, a Joint Commission-accredited home care & healthcare staffing agency () and licensed NJ Health Care Service Firm (HP0403100), is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) / Caregivers for flexible per diem, part-time, and full-time opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, mobility, and toileting; provide companionship; meal preparation; light housekeeping; respite relief for family caregivers; report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse.
LOCATION:
Client homes across Essex, Union, Bergen, Hudson, Morris, and Passaic counties (HQ in Maplewood, NJ). PAY: $20/hour with weekly pay and flexible scheduling. REQUIREMENTS: NJ CHHA certification OR 1+ year of caregiving experience; BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain); reliable transportation; must pass background check.
