Innovative Care NJ — Innovative Care Staffing Solutions LLC, a Joint Commission-accredited home care & healthcare staffing agency () and licensed NJ Health Care Service Firm (HP0403100), is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for skilled home care visits on a per diem basis. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide skilled nursing visits including wound care, medication management and teaching, injections, and catheter care; monitor and document patient condition; support HHAs on shared cases.
LOCATION:
Client homes across Essex, Union, Bergen, Hudson, Morris, and Passaic counties (HQ in Maplewood, NJ). PAY: $32/hour with weekly pay. REQUIREMENTS:
Active, unencumbered NJ LPN license; BLS/CPR certification; 1+ year of clinical experience (home care preferred); reliable transportation; must pass background check.
