Innovative Care NJ — Innovative Care Staffing Solutions LLC, a Joint Commission-accredited home care & healthcare staffing agency () and licensed NJ Health Care Service Firm (HP0403100), is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for home care assessments on a per diem basis. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform initial and ongoing nursing assessments for home-care clients; develop and update plans of care; provide clinical supervision of HHAs, caregivers, and LPNs; communicate with families and physicians.
LOCATION:
Client homes across Essex, Union, Bergen, Hudson, Morris, and Passaic counties (HQ in Maplewood, NJ). PAY: $65 per assessment visit with weekly pay. REQUIREMENTS:
Active, unencumbered NJ RN license; BLS/CPR certification; home-care assessment experience preferred; reliable transportation; must pass background check.
