Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism.
In this role, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

- Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Monitor progress and document data as required by the BCBA.
- Collaborate with team members to support clients and families.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for children during sessions.
- Passionate about helping children with autism.
- Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
- 18+ years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test (if not up to date).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
- Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.) and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
Pay Range: $18-24 per hour.
