As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated 6G Pipe Welder to join our team.

Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shift. Occasional overtime and/or weekends as needed.

• Read and interpret shop drawings, isometric drawings, and welding procedures to determine welding requirements.
• Fabricate piping systems on carbon steel, stainless steel, and various alloys.
• Fabricate tank and pressure vessels using the appropriate hand tools and positioners.
• Conduct visual inspections of welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Operate heavy steel fabrication machinery.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute welding projects efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to and follow all safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to pass a 6G welding test.
• Proficient in ASME process piping using GMAW/FCAW-G and GTAW on carbon steel and other alloys.
• Ability to pass x-ray and Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing in accordance with ASME.
• Previous experience with tank and pressure vessel fabrication.
• Be a forward-thinking individual and a self-starter.
• Ability to work well with others and take instruction from supervisors.
• Experience with standard shop equipment including overhead cranes.
• Must pass pre-employment substance abuse testing.
